Welcome to LayerOn! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LayerOn mobile application and our website (https://layeronai.com). By downloading, accessing, or using LayerOn, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any aspect of the LayerOn app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not install or use our application.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account to access features such as virtual try-on, community uploads, and purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of Services & Content Guidelines

LayerOn allows you to upload photos of yourself or garments to generate AI virtual try-on visualizations. You agree that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use all photos and images you upload to the app.
• You will not upload any content that is offensive, pornographic, harassing, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You will not use the application to impersonate others or generate misleading visual representations without appropriate consent.

We reserve the right to review, flag, or remove any user-submitted content that violates these guidelines or our community standards.

3.1 Photo Upload Consent & Responsibility

When uploading photos for virtual try-on, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained explicit consent from any identifiable person whose photo you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring that appropriate permissions have been obtained.
• For photos of minors (individuals under 18): only a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult may upload images of a minor, and by doing so, confirms that they have parental authority or legal guardianship and consent to the image being processed by our AI services.
• You will not upload photos of any person — adult or minor — for the purpose of harassment, bullying, exploitation, deepfake creation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any other unlawful or harmful purpose.
• You understand that all uploaded images are processed by automated AI systems for the sole purpose of generating virtual try-on results, and are not manually reviewed, shared with other users, or used for any purpose beyond what you have requested.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, and we may report illegal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Reporting & Content Removal

If you believe any content on LayerOn violates these guidelines, involves unauthorized use of your likeness, or depicts a minor without proper authorization, please report it immediately to layeronai04@gmail.com. We will review and take appropriate action, including content removal and account termination, within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Credits

Certain features in LayerOn require digital credits or an active monthly subscription (such as the premium subscription):

• Billing: Subscriptions and credit pack purchases are billed through the Google Play Store billing service. Payment terms, billing cycles, and taxes are subject to the Google Play Store terms.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as governed by Google Play Store refund policies.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time via your Google Play account settings.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for user-uploaded content, all materials in the app — including source code, designs, logos, text, graphics, and our custom AI try-on algorithms — are the property of LayerOn and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LayerOn and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms other users or the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
